Cobalt Capital Real Estate Solutions, established in 2020 by its principal partners Christopher and Andrew McCutchan, is a boutique Real Estate investment firm based on Long Island. Our primary focus is to offer private capital for residential real estate flips and new construction projects, as well as acquiring distressed properties, designing and developing custom homes. We are also dedicated to expanding our portfolio of long-term residential and short-term rental properties. From the very beginning, Cobalt Capital has emphasized building strong client relationships and fostering lasting loyalty. We have successfully closed transactions both on Long Island and in Florida, with ongoing ambitions for further expansion.
